Country Western Partners Dance Classes
Have a great time learning to scoot your boots to the Texas two-step and the polka/waltz. No dance experience necessary; open to couples and singles. $10/person or $15/couple (cash only please).

Land Fitness Classes are offered to Non-Members for a FEE! Check our updated Fitness Schedule
Non-members who wish to participate in the YMCA's fitness classes can purchase a punch card at the front desk. The card will contain five punches which the participant may use for any land fitness class. Cost: $20.00 per card. Meet new friends & get fit today!
All Fitness Classes are FREE to our members. |

The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program
If you are enrolled with any of the following insurance companies AARP, Anthem, Essence, Humana, or SecureHorizons bring your insurance card to the YMCA front desk to see if you are eligible for the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program.
