Floating Sound Bath! In Angola IN.  Friday, April 25th, 6:30 PM-8:30 PM. I will be hosting Mr. Austin Shook from SC for a transformational night of relaxation through the use of music and vibration while floating in the heated pool of the Steuben Co. YMCA, surrounded by soft light and the beautiful music created by Mr. Shook and his 14 different instruments!

Sound is vibration, and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being. Sound is heard not only through the ears but also through every cell in our bodies. Come, let the healing processes be initiated by the unique tones of the sound bath, creating the perfect state for deep relaxation, creative thinking, and healing. If you are not 

comfortable floating on a raft in the shallow end of the pool, feel free to bring a lawn chair or mat to use on the pool deck during this unique experience. The evening is part of a bigger wellness retreat that will be held at the Potawatomi Inn over the weekend. (Yoga, water aerobics , wellness talks, winery visit, shopping and great fellowship along with historical boat tour and much more)! You may choose to attend the entire event or just the sound bath.
