• Athlete Check-In: 8:30–9:30 AM

• Race Start: 10:00 AM

• Early Check-In & Course Preview: Friday, August 1, 7:00–7:45 PM

👧👦 Age Divisions & Distances

• Guppies (Ages 8 & Under): Swim 25 yards, Bike 1 mile, Run ½ mile

• Minnows (Ages 9–12): Swim 100 yards, Bike 2 miles, Run 1 mile

• Sharks (Ages 13–18): Swim 200 yards, Bike 5 miles, Run 2 miles
