Swim Lessons - Spring 2024
Group swim lessons are back!
3) Preschool (3-5 years) 9:30 AM - 10:15 AM
This class focuses on developing a comfort level in and around the water with instructors and other students. Students will work with instructors to learn age-appropriate (basic) swim skills and strokes, as well as personal safety. Students will advance at their own pace, and be placed in groups with like ability. Parent(s) are NOT in the water with their child in this group.

This class is designed for the competitive swimmer to further improve swim strokes to get ready for competitive swim season. Students need to be able to swim the length of the 25-yard pool non-stop to be considered for this group. Concentration will be on competitive swim stroke & kicking techniques (free, back, breast & butterfly) as well as endurance, starts and turns.
